Flat Rate Shipping and Handling to anywhere in the world.

Our products are made-to-order and will typically ship out in 3-4 business days. Handling and processing for any orders placed on/near weekend and/or public holidays may be postponed and will be continued the following business day.

Make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and the product is dispatched, we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate for reshipment.

We recommend customers to fill out phone numbers on shipping address. Phone numbers will be used for delivery purposes only. We promise we will never share, sell, lease, trade, or using phone numbers for marketing purposes.

All items will be shipped out within 3 days on business days after confirmation of your order and verification of the payment.

It takes about 7 to 20 business days for shipment arrival.

Return

However shipment speed may differ because of unforeseen delays, sometime it takes longer. If more than 30 days, you still don’t receive the shipment, please contact us.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

This only applies to incorrect and/or faulty item(s) upon receipt. We do not keep inventory therefore we cannot accept returns.

Plausible reason must be given—we do not exchange products due to a change of mind, and any exchange requests of item type or model that was mistakenly chosen by purchaser will be not accepted.

If you want to return the item to us, it must not be used, open and in the same condition as you received it.

Please provide some helpful information, at least a clear photograph of the item showing the defect(s) and the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of the claim.

We are always trying our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time. Please be patient when awaiting shipment.
